THE FIBER CODEX eight pixel-stretch AI prompts β€” and the free Claude skill that writes yours.

( eight ordinary photos. eight different fiber systems β€” unravelled, ascending, spiralling, layered, tunnelled, escaping, mirrored, cornered. zero photoshop. you commented WOW β€” so here is every prompt, in full. )

anyone can smear a photo into streaks.

a stretch only becomes art when the streaks have a reason.

threads must start somewhere real β€” a gesture, a light source, the weave of a face β€” and travel somewhere true.

eight artworks. eight different reasons. every exact prompt is printed under the piece it made β€” copy it in one click.

Pixel-stretch AI artwork The Unravel: a green iris stays perfectly sharp while the surrounding skin unweaves into thousands of glowing golden threads
stretch β„– 01 β€” the unravel

β„– 01 Β· the weave comes undone

the unravel

the portrait is a tapestry and it is coming apart β€” skin separates into embroidery threads from the edges inward. the eye is the one region the unravelling cannot touch.

the receipt

the exact prompt behind the unravel

why it works: the stretch is given a metaphor, not a direction β€” cloth, not blur. That single idea buys the glitter-as-beads detail, the "last stitches" still anchoring the eye, and the depth behind the loosened weave. Restraint does the rest: the iris is protected absolutely.

prompt 01 / the unravel Β· paste with your photo
transform the uploaded image into a premium pixel-stretch digital artwork. keep the eye completely untouched β€” same green iris, same catchlights, same lashes with their small flowers and grass, same eyebrow, same sharpness. the concept: the portrait is a woven tapestry and it is coming undone β€” from the outer edges of the frame the skin unweaves into its component threads: the warm honey and bronze tones of the forehead, temple, and cheek separate into thousands of fine hairline fibers that lift away from the surface and trail off toward the frame edges like pulled embroidery, the weave loosening progressively β€” fully intact and photographic skin near the eye, visibly separating into parallel thread-bundles further out, and dissolving into loose drifting strands at the borders β€” with the glitter particles clinging to the lifting threads like beads sliding off loosening string, and the blurred flowers at the top unraveling into soft cream and green yarn-like streams. the eye and its garden remain perfectly woven, the one region the unraveling cannot touch, a few taut threads still anchoring it to the dissolving face like the last stitches holding. each thread is one of countless combed hairline strands with a softly glowing core, carrying the true color of the pixel it lifts from, blending into new in-between tones only where the existing honeys, bronzes, roses, creams, and greens cross. grade it delicate and haunting: warm glowing intact skin at the center, threads catching golden light as they lift, luminous emerald eye dominant, soft deep shadow beneath the loosened weave suggesting depth behind the fabric, every transition seamless, no glitches, no broken pixels, no hard cutout edges, no plastic smoothing, no cartoon rendering, no colors that are not already present in the original scene.
Pixel-stretch AI artwork The Ascent: golden grass unravels into rising threads of light climbing past a man sitting still on a dark rock
stretch β„– 02 β€” the ascent

β„– 02 Β· the world grows upward

the ascent

golden grass climbs into the air like luminous roots reaching for the sky. he is the only weight in a rising world.

the receipt

the exact prompt behind the ascent

why it works: one direction, obeyed by every zone β€” grass, mist, hills, sky all rise. Because everything moves and he does not, the stillness becomes the subject. The tree keeps solid bark and feathers only at the leaf tips: never a hard cutout.

prompt 02 / the ascent Β· paste with your photo
transform the uploaded image into a premium pixel-stretch digital artwork. keep the man sitting hunched on the dark rock completely untouched β€” same pose, same clothing, same sharpness β€” and keep the rock beneath him solid and real. the effect grows upward from the earth: the golden backlit grass plumes in the foreground unravel from their tips into thousands of fine rising hairline threads of warm honey-gold light climbing into the air like luminous roots reaching for the sky, the green grass around them lifts into soft emerald fiber-strands rising with them, and the current ascends through the whole frame β€” the misty valley releases slow silver-blue threads that drift upward from the treetops, the far hills breathe pale rising veils, and the sky's soft blue and cream tones stream gently upward and outward at the top, so the entire world reads as growing toward light while the man sits sharp and still, the only weight in a rising world. the framing tree branches stay solid with their bark real, their leaf edges feathering softly into the upward flow. each ribbon is built from countless combed hairline strands with glowing cores, tiny spark particles floating up off the brightest golden grass-threads like seeds of light, every fiber carrying the true color of the pixel it grows from, blending into new in-between tones only where the existing golds, greens, silver-blues, and creams cross. grade it warm and alive: rich glowing honey-gold in the rising grass, deep saturated emerald in the greens, soft luminous silver-blue in the misty valley, gentle warm light kissing the rock's edge, every transition seamless, no glitches, no broken pixels, no hard cutout edges, no plastic smoothing, no cartoon rendering, no colors that are not already present in the original scene.
Pixel-stretch AI artwork The Spiral: a forest road corridor is drawn into a slow golden spiral around the sun above two scooter riders holding hands
stretch β„– 03 β€” the spiral

β„– 03 Β· the sun as axis

the spiral

the tunnel of trees is drawn into the turning sun. the clasped hands hang sharp in the calm heart of it.

the receipt

the exact prompt behind the spiral

why it works: naming an axis β€” the sun β€” gives every other zone somewhere to go. Walls stream backward, lane lines sweep forward, and both curve up to join the rotation, so the frame has one engine instead of three competing effects.

prompt 03 / the spiral Β· paste with your photo
transform the uploaded image into a premium pixel-stretch digital artwork. keep both scooters and all four riders completely untouched β€” same clasped hands between them, same red jacket, same helmets, same glowing taillights, same number plates, same sharpness β€” and keep the road directly beneath the two bikes real. the soft sun at the end of the road becomes the axis of the sky: the pale gold, cream, and peach tones unravel into thousands of fine hairline fiber-threads rotating in one slow luminous spiral around the sun's glow, while the forest corridor feeds into it β€” both walls of dark green trees stretch into long emerald and deep-olive fiber currents streaming backward past the riders and curving upward at the horizon to join the spiral, as if the tunnel of trees is being drawn into the turning sun, and the road's white dashes stretch into two glowing guide-threads sweeping beneath the bikes toward that same center. every zone flows β€” spiraling sky, streaming walls, rushing lane lines β€” while the riders and their joined hands hang sharp in the calm heart of it. each ribbon is built from countless combed hairline strands with softly glowing cores and faint spark particles drifting off the brightest gold threads, carrying the true color of the pixel it grows from, blending into new in-between tones only where the existing golds, creams, greens, and greys cross, the two red taillights burning as warm embers against the flow. grade it like a golden-hour film still: glowing honey-gold around the sun, soft luminous cream sky, rich deep emerald tree currents, clean dark asphalt, taillights blazing, every transition seamless, no glitches, no broken pixels, no hard cutout edges, no plastic smoothing, no cartoon rendering, no colors that are not already present in the original scene.
Pixel-stretch AI artwork The Strata: a valley separates into five stacked horizontal currents of fiber moving at different speeds past a man on a cliff edge
stretch β„– 04 β€” the strata

β„– 04 Β· five rivers of time

the strata

five layered rivers, each flowing at its own speed. time itself moves faster the closer it is to him.

the receipt

the exact prompt behind the strata

why it works: depth is converted into speed. By assigning each distance band its own velocity β€” fast bold emerald near, whisper-thin veils far β€” the prompt turns a flat landscape into parallax you can feel in a still image.

prompt 04 / the strata Β· paste with your photo
transform the uploaded image into a premium pixel-stretch digital artwork. keep the man at the cliff edge completely untouched β€” same blue shirt, same stance, same sharpness β€” with the dark rock and bright grass at his feet real, and the small second figure preserved. the concept: the valley's depth layers separate into stacked horizontal currents, each flowing at its own speed like strata of wind β€” the vivid green foreground forest streams in bold, fast, thick fiber-threads of bright emerald; behind it the darker forest belt flows slower in deep green ribbons; the first blue-grey hill line drifts in soft muted threads; the palest far mountains barely creep as whisper-thin veils; and the cloud ceiling above moves as its own broad silver current crossing over them all β€” five distinct layered rivers of fiber stacked from bottom to top, their speeds visibly different, their boundaries clean like sediment lines, so the entire landscape reads as time itself moving faster the closer it is to him while he stands sharp and still at the edge watching it pass. each layer's ribbons are built from countless combed hairline strands with softly glowing cores, faint spark particles rising where fast layers shear against slow ones, every fiber carrying the true color of the pixel it grows from and blending into new in-between tones only where the existing emeralds, deep greens, blue-greys, pale blues, and silvers cross. grade it deep and atmospheric: vivid saturated emerald in the fastest near layer, rich dark forest green behind it, cool cinematic blue in the hill strata, luminous silver in the cloud current, dense clean shadow in the rock, every transition seamless, no glitches, no broken pixels, no hard cutout edges, no plastic smoothing, no cartoon rendering, no colors that are not already present in the original scene.
Pixel-stretch AI artwork The Tunnel: fog and forest liquefy into a rushing silver fiber tunnel around two friends riding a scooter with arms wide
stretch β„– 05 β€” the tunnel

β„– 05 Β· the corridor in motion

the tunnel

the misty corridor liquefies and rushes past them. one red taillight β€” the only warm ember in a cool world.

the receipt

the exact prompt behind the tunnel

why it works: the flat grey fog was the problem, so the concept makes the fog the material β€” lifted into luminous pearl-silver, it becomes the ceiling of the tunnel. One ember of red is rationed against it, and the whole frame gains a temperature.

prompt 05 / the tunnel Β· paste with your photo
transform the uploaded image into a premium pixel-stretch digital artwork. keep the two friends on the scooter completely untouched β€” same arms-wide pose, same helmet, same blue and black clothing, same glowing red taillight, same number plate, same sharpness β€” and keep the patch of road directly beneath the scooter real. the entire misty corridor liquefies and rushes past them toward the camera as they ride deeper into it: the walls of green foliage on both sides stretch into thousands of fine hairline fiber-threads of deep leaf-green and grey-green streaming backward along the road's direction, the fog unravels into long silky silver-white and pale blue-grey fiber currents flowing between the greens and closing overhead like a breathing ceiling, the ghostly tree in the distance dissolves into soft grey thread-veils at the tunnel's end, and the white lane lines stretch into two long luminous guide-threads sweeping past the scooter's wheels, so the whole world reads as a fiber tunnel in motion with the riders sharp and still at its heart. each ribbon is built from countless combed hairline strands with softly glowing cores and faint spark particles drifting off the brightest silver threads, carrying the true color of the pixel it grows from, blending into new in-between tones only where the existing greens, silvers, and greys cross, with the red taillight casting a small warm glow onto the fibers nearest the scooter. grade it moody and cinematic: lift the flat fog into luminous pearl-silver with depth, deepen the greens into rich dark emerald at the edges, hold clean dark asphalt below, and let the single red taillight burn as the one warm ember in a cool world, every transition seamless, no glitches, no broken pixels, no hard cutout edges, no plastic smoothing, no cartoon rendering, no colors that are not already present in the original scene.
Pixel-stretch AI artwork The Escape: a sunset streams away in diagonal golden fibers while the tiny sunset captured on a phone screen stays perfectly still
stretch β„– 06 β€” the escape

β„– 06 Β· only the photo holds still

the escape

the moment he captured it, the real sky refused to stay. the photograph holds what the world would not.

the receipt

the exact prompt behind the escape

why it works: the best one in the set, because the protected zone carries the meaning. Keeping only the phone screen crisp turns a technical rule into the whole idea: the world escapes, the picture keeps it. Every fiber runs one diagonal β€” no competing directions.

prompt 06 / the escape Β· paste with your photo
transform the uploaded image into a premium pixel-stretch digital artwork. keep the man completely untouched β€” same silhouette, same hands, same sharpness β€” and keep his phone screen perfectly crisp with its tiny captured sunset intact, the one frozen rectangle in the whole world. the concept: the moment he captured it, the real sky refused to stay still β€” the entire scene outside his screen flows in thousands of fine hairline fiber-threads streaming diagonally upward past him like time escaping: the molten golds and ambers of the sky pull into long luminous currents rising from the horizon toward the upper corner, the burning sun stretches into a glowing comet-like stream of layered gold fibers, the dark treeline releases deep green and shadow-black threads that lift and join the flow, and the soft hazy foreground glow streams beneath him in the same diagonal so every zone of the frame moves in one unified escaping current β€” while he and the small perfect image on his phone remain the only still things, the photograph holding what the world would not. each ribbon is built from countless combed hairline strands with softly glowing cores and faint spark particles drifting off the brightest threads, carrying the true color of the pixel it grows from, blending into new in-between tones only where the existing golds, ambers, peaches, and deep greens cross. grade it rich and emotional: glowing molten gold in the escaping sun-stream, deep amber currents, luminous cream haze, dense clean silhouette blacks, every transition seamless, no glitches, no broken pixels, no hard cutout edges, no plastic smoothing, no cartoon rendering, no colors that are not already present in the original scene.
Pixel-stretch AI artwork The Currents: a tree canopy sweeps one way in emerald fibers while the silver river flows the opposite way behind two friends walking
stretch β„– 07 β€” the currents

β„– 07 Β· canopy against river

the currents

canopy sweeps one way, the river answers the other. two halves of one breathing system β€” and they walk between them.

the receipt

the exact prompt behind the currents

why it works: opposition. Two currents running against each other create tension a single sweep can't β€” and the sharp trunks standing between them are what make both readable. The friends stay small, calm and untouched at the centre of the argument.

prompt 07 / the currents Β· paste with your photo
transform the uploaded image into a premium pixel-stretch digital artwork. keep the two friends walking toward the river completely untouched β€” same clothing, same mid-step poses, same sharpness β€” and keep the grass immediately around their feet real and photographic. the world around them flows in two mirrored currents: the entire tree canopy above unravels into thousands of fine hairline fiber-threads of deep emerald, olive, and sunlit yellow-green sweeping horizontally across the upper frame like wind made visible, while below, the silver river answers it β€” the bright water stretches into long luminous pearl-white and steel-grey fiber currents flowing in the opposite direction behind the dark trunks, so sky-canopy and water move like two halves of one breathing system with the trees standing sharp between them. the main trunks stay solid and readable with their bark real, their outer leaf edges feathering gently into the flow, and the friends walk sharp inside the calm heart of the frame. each ribbon is made of countless combed hairline strands with softly glowing cores and faint drifting spark particles, carrying the true color of the pixel it grows from, blending into new in-between tones only where the existing greens, silvers, and warm highlights cross. grade it lush and cinematic: deepen the greens into rich saturated emerald, lift the river into glowing molten silver, warm the small sunlit patches of canopy into soft gold, and hold clean dark contrast in the trunks and shadows, with every transition seamless, no glitches, no broken pixels, no hard cutout edges, no plastic smoothing, no cartoon rendering, no colors that are not already present in the original scene.
Pixel-stretch AI artwork The Corridor: a red vintage car sits sharp on wet asphalt while the forest around it rushes into a tunnel of green and silver fiber light
stretch β„– 08 β€” the corridor

β„– 08 Β· emerged from the flow

the corridor

the forest rushes toward a vanishing point and the car has just emerged from it β€” sharp, still, and unbothered.

the receipt

the exact prompt behind the corridor

why it works: the wet asphalt continues the flow as stretched reflections β€” that single line is what welds the car to its world instead of pasting it on top. Deep clean blacks hold the crimson paint up; the fog does the glowing so the car doesn't have to.

prompt 08 / the corridor Β· paste with your photo
transform the uploaded image into a premium pixel-stretch digital artwork. keep the red vintage car completely untouched β€” same body, same glowing halo headlights, same chrome grille, same number plate, same wheels, same sharpness β€” and keep the wet asphalt directly beneath it real with its natural reflections. the entire forest corridor liquefies into a tunnel of flowing fiber-light rushing toward the misty vanishing point behind the car: both walls of dense green trees stretch into thousands of fine hairline threads of deep emerald, moss, and dark forest tones streaming backward along the road's direction, the fog dissolves into silky silver-white fiber currents threading between the green, and the white road line stretches into a long luminous guide-thread pulling the eye into the depth, so the car reads as if it has just emerged sharp and still from a world flowing past it. each ribbon is made of countless combed hairline strands with softly glowing cores and faint drifting spark particles, carrying the true color of the pixel it grows from, blending into new in-between tones only where existing greens, silvers, and reds cross. the wet asphalt catches and continues the flow as stretched reflections sliding under the car. grade the scene rich and cinematic: deepen the forest into dark saturated emerald, lift the fog into luminous pearl-silver, let the car's crimson paint glow richer against it, and hold deep clean blacks in the asphalt for contrast, keeping every transition seamless with no glitches, no broken pixels, no hard cutout edges, no plastic smoothing, no cartoon rendering, no colors that are not already present in the original scene.

the skill that chooses your stretch for you

every prompt above was written for one specific photo β€” its pose, its light, its palette, its problem. yours needs its own. pixel-stretch-prompter is the free skill that does the choosing: it reads your image first, finds the one concept that actually has an origin in the frame, and writes the premium prompt β€” never the generic swirl-everything filter look.

step 01

install it

download the skill below and add it to Claude (claude.ai β†’ Settings β†’ Capabilities β†’ Skills β†’ upload). using ChatGPT instead? copy the skill as text and paste it into your chat first.

step 02

send your photo

say β€œstretch this.” the skill reads the pose, the anchors, the flow lines and the true palette β€” then writes ONE authored prompt built for that exact frame.

step 03

render it

paste the prompt + your photo into any AI image editor (ChatGPT, Gemini / Nano Banana…). one render. zero photoshop. gallery wall.

( free. no email. you commented WOW β€” that was the price. )

# Pixel Stretch Prompter
Turn any uploaded image into ONE premium pixel-stretch prompt that feels authored, cinematic, and different from the saturated trend β€” never a generic "swirl everything" filter prompt.
## Step 1 β€” Analyze the image FIRST (never skip)
1. Subject & pose: what are they DOING? A gesture (open arms, trailing hand, mid-stride, reaching) becomes the source of the stretch. A static pose needs a different origin (reflection, background depth, mist).
2. Anchors that must stay sharp: subject, whatever they stand/sit on, their ground shadow, the immediate foreground β€” a "protected zone." The protected zone can carry the meaning (keep only the phone screen crisp and the whole world escaping around it becomes the idea).
3. Natural flow already in the frame: vertical trees β†’ vertical stretch; still water β†’ reflection; mist β†’ rising / light-shaft; motion in pose β†’ directional wake; a road β†’ tunnel/corridor; a sun β†’ an axis to rotate around; backlit feathery subjects β†’ the subject dissolves into light.
4. The real palette: list ONLY colors that exist in the photo. NEVER introduce colors that aren't present.
5. The grade problem: flat grey/overcast frames need the grade fixed INSIDE the concept (fog becomes the luminous material of the tunnel).
## Step 2 β€” Pick ONE concept that fits THIS image
- Motion source: stretch radiates from a gesture.
- Depth split (Living Backdrop): foreground real, everything behind melts into a flowing painted canvas.
- Subject dissolve (The Offering): backlit feathery subjects unravel into strands of light.
- The weave (tapestry): the surface is cloth coming undone; skin/texture separates into embroidery threads. Protect the one region the unravelling cannot touch.
- The axis: a sun or light becomes the center every other zone rotates into.
- Strata: convert depth into SPEED β€” each distance band flows at its own velocity.
- The tunnel: a road/corridor liquefies and rushes past a still subject.
- Mirrored currents: two zones flow in OPPOSITE directions with something sharp standing between them.
- Mist-into-light: turn dead grey mist into luminous shafts β€” fixes grade and adds effect in one move.
Concepts must (a) have a believable origin in the photo, (b) be ONE idea.
## Step 3 β€” Color rules (this is where wow lives)
- Color stretches too, not just shape. Where two ribbons cross they blend into NEW in-between tones.
- Each fiber carries the true color of the pixel it grows from β€” always include this; it prevents recoloring.
- Strict palette honesty: end every prompt with "no colors that are not already present in the original scene."
- Fiber texture: describe ribbons as "countless combed hairline strands with softly glowing cores" β€” this is what separates premium from smeared.
- Ration one warm ember against a cool world (a taillight, a sun) β€” contrast of temperature beats saturation.
- Glow rationed: glowing cores and faint spark particles only. Never scene-wide glow.
## Step 4 β€” Write the prompt
ONE cohesive lowercase paragraph starting "transform the uploaded image into a premium pixel-stretch digital artwork." Order: protection clause β†’ the one concept β†’ color/fiber behavior β†’ grade line β†’ seamlessness + physics β†’ finish + negatives ("no glitches, no broken pixels, no hard cutout edges, no plastic smoothing, no cartoon rendering, no colors that are not already present in the original scene").
## Step 5 β€” Deliver
Give ONE prompt. Lead with why this concept fits their photo (reference the actual pose/light/palette). End with exactly ONE "dial" β€” a single swap to push intensity up or down.
## Hard NEVERs
- NEVER stack multiple effect systems at once.
- NEVER bury the subject β€” keep it fully visible with breathing room.
- NEVER fully freeze a large foreground element into a hard cutout β€” feather its edges while the core stays solid.
- NEVER over-describe the subject β€” say "same, untouched" and move on.
- NEVER invent colors or use "8k / HDR / masterpiece" hype words.
- NEVER give a motion effect to a clearly static pose.

before you ask

questions, answered

what is the pixel-stretch effect?

pixel stretch is a photo-manipulation style where pixels are pulled into long silky fibers of color β€” classically done in photoshop by dragging a single row of pixels. this version skips the software entirely: one written prompt + your original photo in an AI image editor produces the finished artwork. all eight pieces here were made that way.

do i need photoshop or any editing app?

no. zero photoshop, zero lightroom, zero layers, zero masks. copy a prompt from this page, attach your photo in an AI image editor, and render.

which AI tools do these prompts work in?

any image model that accepts a photo plus text instructions β€” ChatGPT (GPT Image), Google Gemini / Nano Banana and similar. the skill runs in Claude (or pasted as text into ChatGPT) and its job is to write the prompt for your specific photo.

how do i install the pixel-stretch-prompter skill?

download the .zip above. on claude.ai: Settings β†’ Capabilities β†’ Skills β†’ upload the zip. in Claude Code: unzip into your .claude/skills folder. on ChatGPT: use β€œcopy skill as text” and paste it at the start of your chat, then send your photo.

why do generic pixel-stretch prompts look cheap?

because they smear the whole frame with no origin, bury the subject, and invent neon colors that were never in the photo. every prompt on this page does the opposite: protect the subject absolutely, pick ONE concept that has a believable origin in the frame, and never introduce a color that isn't already there. that restraint is the entire difference between a filter and an artwork.

can i use these eight prompts on my own photos?

yes β€” each works best on a photo with a similar structure (a face, a road, a valley, a sunset, a figure under trees). but your photo deserves its own concept β€” that's exactly what the free skill is for: send it your photo and it writes yours.
